All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Ember LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Ember Diffuser with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a hassle-free return for a full refund.

What We Cover

Damaged on Arrival

If your diffuser arrives with visible damage, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.

Defective Product

If your unit has a manufacturing defect (e.g., doesn't power on, mist function not working), contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong color or product? Send us a photo and we'll get the correct item out to you immediately.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for 20+ days or confirms your package is lost, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Return Conditions

To initiate a return within your 30-day window, email us at support@emberflame.co with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Please note the following:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be in reasonable condition (original packaging preferred but not required)
  • Essential oil samples are yours to keep regardless of return
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
  • We cannot issue refunds for orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly
