Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ember LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Ember Diffuser purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement — no return needed. Full details and conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ember LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
